Sometimes, we want to have more questions posted on a specific topic. When that happens, we use this account to add some of that content.

In a time of increasing worry over our effect on the environment, the creation and adoption of new technologies, as well as changing general consumer culture, has never been so important. 

The newfound wave of interest in consumer and commercial electric vehicles seems promising in helping to reduce emissions and set countries on track to reaching zero emissions and [carbon neutrality goals](https://www.climatechangenews.com/2019/06/14/countries-net-zero-climate-goal/).

According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, transportation accounts for [14%](https://www.epa.gov/ghgemissions/global-greenhouse-gas-emissions-data) of global greenhouse gas emissions. China and the US contribute approximately 45% of all global greenhouse gas emissions, a significant number when considering there are [195 countries](https://www.worldometers.info/geography/how-many-countries-are-there-in-the-world/) recognized by the U.N as sovereign states.

We are very interested in understanding how the EV market and industry will change over time, and what effect it will have on combating climate change. We would love to hear some of your thoughts on new questions and discussion topics surrounding this topic!

We are currently in the process of creating clusters of industry related questions that we believe will have great impact at a global level in the future such as longevity science, aeronautic travel, and post-COVID-19 economic recovery. What else should we add to this list?
